Thankfully, the funk is over. I’m
so glad it only lasted a few days and not any longer than that. I was able to
eat without feeling guilty today. It wasn’t stellar eating but there was no
binging and I ate only when I was hungry so I call those wins. I am in a much
better mood today and I think that’s what is important about today.
