What a lazy Sunday! All I’ve done is hang out on the couch
and watch Bones all day. Nothing
really exciting to report. I only had a mocha latte for breakfast and I
realized I’ve gotten into the habit of not eating breakfast which I must break
so tomorrow morning I have a date with some oatmeal. For lunch I made a garbage
salad. Basically, I take romaine lettuce and then throw whatever I can find on
top of it. Today it was tuna, cheese, cannellini beans, carrots, sunflower
seeds, black olives and light French dressing. I haven’t eat dinner yet but
again, I’m not hungry. My blood sugar is steady. I’m not sure why dinner has
been hit and miss this week but I just feel like if my stomach isn’t growling,
why eat? And it’s not like I ate my salad late either. Hmmm…
Oh, and the desk still has not been moved.
