I walked early this morning with my partner. For those not
familiar with St. Luke’s tunnels, I’ve included a picture. I walked the
farthest since starting at 34 minutes and it’s becoming easier to do so.
I didn’t eat breakfast before walking – wasn’t hungry – and I
had pizza toppings for lunch and then some beef jerky this afternoon. I treated
myself to three of Lindt’s blue balls. They were nummy!
Nothing much else to say today.
