My worry over my kidneys affected my eating a bit today.
After having a flatbread sandwich for breakfast, I had mac and cheese for lunch.
Could have been worse. It is what it is.
After yesterday’s blood sugar scare, I realized that I was
just lucky I had that applesauce in the cupboard. I try not to keep too much
food in the house to keep from overeating so I don’t have really anything I
could eat when my blood sugar drops. I had two cups of applesauce luckily
yesterday so today I went to the pharmacy and bought glucose tablets. Better be
safe than sorry.
I’m starting to get excited for my weekend trip I’m taking
in a couple weeks to see friends and Daughtry. I hate the drive up to
Minneapolis but it’s worth it to see my friends and the guys in the band. I
lost almost all of my memories of my last concert from last November due to ECT
so I can’t wait to see them again. They don’t go on until 10pm, however, and I
don’t know any of the other bands so I’ll have to get earplugs for them. I can’t
stand loud noises unless it’s Daughtry. LOL And 10pm is past my bedtime! I’m
going to need some caffeine. It’s an outdoor concert which isn’t ideal but it’s
Daughtry. :)
Moving my desk didn’t break my
Netflix addiction. Instead of watching on my computer, I can bring up Netflix
on my TV and be a slug on the couch. I’m going to just binge the last season of
Bones and hopefully get that out of
my system. I’ve got to finish The
Superhero’s Housekeeper!
