There’s one thing I can’t do – buy quantities of something
that are to be eaten one at a time. Example – granola bars, or anything like a
granola bar. I have no will power so more than one will be consumed in a day. I
knew that going into my new breakfast of a protein bar and milk. Breakfast was
okay but after my salad lunch, I had another protein bar. Sigh.
Dinner was an odd combination. Beef jerky and Brussels
sprouts. As you can imagine, it wasn’t a good combination. The Brussels sprouts
were way too BLECH. I usual love them but these tasted awful.
I was able to increase my mini-biking. I chunked it out and
was able to do 12 minutes total. That was a plus although my eating wasn’t that
great. I wanted a great day but not everyday can be great, I guess. Tomorrow will be better.
